Rick got his start over 10 years ago when he received a homebrew kit as a birthday present. Since then he's focused on learning as much about brewing as possible. He plans on attending the Siebel Institute of Technology to further his brewing knowledge. He has toured breweries all over the country and has adapted knowledge he gained into his brewing style.
Having experienced many different brews while traveling around the world, Justin has taken this experience and applied it to stay committed to creating the best brews possible. His marketing and networking experience helps bring the quality of Silverback to as many clients as possible so they, too, can enjoy our brews as much as we do.
